He knows how to score, on and off the ice

Allie Hayes is in crisis mode. With graduation looming, she still doesn’t have the first clue about what she's going to do after college. To make matters worse, she’s nursing a broken heart thanks to the end of her longtime relationship. Wild rebound sex is definitely not the solution to her problems, but gorgeous hockey star Dean Di-Laurentis is impossible to resist. Just once, though, because even if her future is uncertain, it sure as heck won’t include the king of one-night stands.

It’ll take more than flashy moves to win her over

Dean always gets what he wants. Girls, grades, girls, recognition, girls…he’s a ladies man, all right, and he’s yet to meet a woman who’s immune to his charms. Until Allie. For one night, the feisty blonde rocked his entire world—and now she wants to be friends? Nope. It’s not over until he says it’s over. Dean is in full-on pursuit, but when life-rocking changes strike, he starts to wonder if maybe it’s time to stop focusing on scoring…and shoot for love.

This series! Ah! I cannot get enough of these books! I seriously wish Elle would write a book for every hockey player and every side character we meet! I never thought I'd love Dean with Allie so much, but man did those two rock my world! They are so much fun together and damn do they have chemistry!

I have to give Allie props- she held out way longer than I probably would have! It was good to see her make Dean work for it though. Dean is one of the biggest players at Briar, so to see him become transfixed on Allie was something else. Once with her wasn't enough and he is determined to get her to see his side of things. However, Allie has just gotten out of a long term relationship and isn't the casual sex kind of girl. It doesn't help that Sean is harassing her either and her resolve is already shaky. However, maybe casual is just what she needs to get out of her funk.

Dean's nickname for Allie is SO fitting. He calls her Alliecat, which was cute but so true. She's definitely an adventurous one, which ends up working for Dean's playboy ways. While Dean exudes confidence, he's actually not the arrogant ass he portrays himself to be. He is a sweetheart and when it comes to the people he cares about, he's incredibly loyal. I loved seeing that play out with Allie, as she needs someone that lets her be herself and doesn't try to dictate or change who she is. Dean is that for her and it killed me to see their relationship tested after a heartwrenching incident that shakes these characters' worlds.

I loved seeing all our old friends again and I am beyond excited for Tucker's story next! Kennedy didn't hold back in dropping quite the bomb on us in this one! She does not disappoint in this third Off-Campus installment- we get plenty of laughs and sexy times all wrapped up in this college new adult romance!
