What does Drew Evans have to say next? Find out in this forty page short story, filled with his sexy charm, unique advice and hilarious one-liners.

Marriage: the final frontier. Steven went first. He was kind of our test subject. Like those monkeys that NASA sent off into space in the fifties, all the while knowing they’d never make it back.

And now another poor rocket is ready to launch.

But this isn’t just any posh New York wedding. You’ve seen my friends, you’ve met our families, you know you're in for a treat. Everyone wants their wedding to be memorable. This one’s going to be un-frigging-forgettable.

Holy Frigging Matrimony takes place about a year after Tangled’s end and is from Drew’s POV.

My Review:

Guess who's baaaack?! That's right folks! Drew freaking Evans, that's who! I loved Drew in Emma's debut novel Tangled. However, he is definitely not for everyone. Drew is a bit much to handle. He is 100% your average douchebag male. However, his witty dialogue will leave you laughing so hard tears will come to your eyes. I personally loved him. I love that Emma put out this short story to hold us over until we get the next full length book in the series Twisted next year.

Emma did an amazing job of making such a short story pack a punch. It was not at all what I expected and she really threw me for a loop! I definitely don't want to give any spoilers so all I can say is this: Holy Frigging Matrimony will make you laugh AND swoon at the same time! Drew once again doesn't hold back in sharing his thoughts and opinions and in typical Drew fashion- it's all unfiltered.

I love Drew and Kate's relationship. He really loves her and while he doesn't always think before he speaks or acts, you can't help but love him anyways. He definitely pulls a dickhead move in this short story and lets his jealousy consume him, which of course pisses Kate off to no end. To be fair, Drew was provoked and some of his insecurities are rudely thrown in his face. (Yes, he has them- though he'll deny it if brought up.)

Overall this is a witty, funny short story that will leave you laughing and shaking at your head at Drew's crazy antics and wildly uncensored, unfiltered thoughts.

About the Author:

By day, Emma Chase is a devoted wife and mother of two who resides in a small, rural town in New Jersey. By night she is a keyboard crusader, toiling away the hours to bring her colorful characters and their endless antics to life. She has a long standing love/hate relationship with caffeine.

Emma is an avid reader. Before her children were born she was known to consume whole books in a single day. Writing has also always been a passion and with the 2013 release of her debut romantic comedy, Tangled, the ability to now call herself an author is nothing less than a dream come true.
