Top Ten Tuesday #26
Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and The Bookish.
Top Ten Books I Wish Could Have Sequels
1. Golden by Jessi Kirby (Well, those of you who visit my TTT's know it's no secret how much I adored this book. I would love to see a sequel because I wouldn't mind more Parker and Trevor! And see what happens with Julianna and Orion (I think that's his name?)
2. The Sea of Tranquility by Katja Millay (Another book I loved. And honestly I loved the ending. But I wouldn't mind seeing where Millay would go if there was a sequel and see how 'Nastya' and Josh's relationship had progressed.
3. Parallel by Lauren Miller (I shouted after finishing this book. I'm pretty sure it was along the lines of "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!" I was SO mad at Lauren! I can't stand open ended endings!)
4. Amy and Roger's Epic Detour by Morgan Matson (It was so cute as it was, I know- but I'd love to see a future book with them.)
5. Miss Me Not by Tiffany King (Again, it ended great, but I would love to see more- how Madison was doing away at school and how her and Dean were doing)
6. Tidal by Emily Snow (I wouldn't mind seeing how Willow and Cooper are doing....)
7. Inhale, Exhale by Sarah M. Ross (Yup! Need more Grant and Jillian!)
8. Easy by Tammara Webber (I could always use more Lucas in my life!)
9. Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen (YEAH! I said it! More Mr. Darcy!!!!)
10. The Hazards of Skinny Dipping by Alyssa Rose Ivy (Yeah, I love Reed. So give me more of him!)
So what stand-alones would you like to see as sequels?

YAY! I know how much you loved that one! :D
DeleteI started reading The Sea of Tranquility and really really started to enjoy it, I'm yet to read past 5 chapters though as other books that were due for review got in the way :(
ReplyDeleteParrallel, Golden and Easy are all in my TBR pile, and Amy & Roger's Epic Detour seems to be a popular choice for this week's TTT :D
My TTT
Aww, I definitely know how that goes Angelica! Hopefully you'll be able to get back to it soon!
DeleteThere will be more to Easy... Lucas is getting a book from his POV. And as much as I loved SoT I dont think I would want another books, only because that ending line is so perfect and it cant be topped. Love your list girl!
ReplyDeleteI thought I heard about that! Yay for more Lucas! And I think I agree with you about SoT. A Drew book would be ok though!
DeleteGreat list!! Easy made my list as well. I LOVED that book. Miss Me Not is still on my TBR list. I downloaded a copy to my nook a while ago, but I haven't gotten around to reading it yet. I guess I will have to bump it up the list.

Yay! I love Easy! More Lucas! :D Oh Miss Me Not was really good. I really really enjoyed it!!
DeleteI want to read so many of the books on your list! So I'm excited to see them on there.
ReplyDeleteYay! I love them all. :D So naturally when you get to them I hope you enjoy them too!
DeleteI have a couple of these on my list too! Oh and I wouldn't mind some more Lucas from Easy either. ;)

Wooo! He's super delicious! Love me some Lucas!
DeleteI think Josh and Nasty Pants ending was PERFECTION so I don't think I want another book from them. Drew however does need his own book!
ReplyDeleteI think I agree with you on that one Nereyda. I would love a book about Drew!!!
DeleteGreat list! I would love a sequel of Easy . Inhale/Exhale would be great too. I think a companion novel for Drew from Sea of Tranquility.
ReplyDeleteYes! I agree actually about a companion novel- because I don't think we could have gotten anymore from Josh and Nastya. I've heard they're doing a Lucas's POV of Easy, so I am excited for that.
DeleteI read Easy this weekend and I'd loooove a sequel :D It was even better than I expected. Same for Sea of Tranquility. That book really tore me up inside.
ReplyDeleteAnd so many people have Amy&Roger's Epic Detour on their list! Makes me realize I really need to read that one.
My TTT
Oh I'm glad you enjoyed Easy!!! :D And yes. OMG. Sea of Tranquility made me cry. And not many books do that! I haven't gotten around to look at other lists but I'm glad Amy and Roger are popping up!
DeleteYay for Parallel and Golden! They made my list, too. I still need to read Amy and Roger, but I've heard great things. Great list!
ReplyDeleteNatflix&Books' TTT
Amy and Roger was really cute. Definitely a nice, light summer read. And OMG. Did you not freak out about Parallel's ending? I started SCREAMING!
DeleteThere are a few non-Austen sequels to P&P, but I've never read one, so I have no idea how good (or bad) they are. Might be fun to try one or two!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely! I think they would be cool to check out at least once!
DeleteOMG, I think everyone has Golden and The Sea of Tranquility on their lists. I cannot wait to read these books, and Easy and Tidal....who heck..I want them all! lol ;p Awesome picks, Jessica! I really hope I can get to these soon! :D
