Best of 2013: New Adult Edition

I was out of town at the beginning of last week so I didn't get to participate in the "Top Ten of 2013" that was hosted by Two Chicks on Books, Fiktshun, and Magical Urban Fantasy Reads. But I really wanted to! So, I am doing it now!


As you all know I read mainly Young Adult and New Adult, so I have divided this up into 2 lists. Today I am focusing on the Best New Adult books that I read in 2013.

  1. Always happy to see Heather Lyons and the Fate Series get some love. :) A lot of these are still on my TBR, I am so looking forward to reading Hopeless, Ten Tiny Breaths, and Inhale Exhale.

    I never even thought to break up my list between NA and YA. I could have doubled the books and made fewer hard decisions, lol. Next year.

    1. I do love the Fate series so much! I also get really excited when I see her books being talked about, etc. Yeah, there was no way I could keep my YA and NA together. LOL.

  3. I'm laughing over you including a virgin category. There are enough of those to make it a category right?
    Hopeless, Unspoken, Lost & Found and The Darkest Part are favorites of mine too. Happy New Year!

    1. LOL. Ok, so I felt bad after doing it. I was like- was that mean that I included this? Or snarky? Because I totally didn't intend to! ROFL. Before I said screw it and just added all my faves at the end, I was trying to fit in all my favorite books into categories and I was like, Heeeey this could be one!

  8. I don't even know where to start! This list is amazing! I have read most of those and agree with everyone of them. LOVE Beachwood bay and Gabe and Maddy are definitely one of my favorite couples.

  10. Ah such an awesome list!! Seriously so many great books here, I loved All Of You, Wait For You, Off Course, Finding It, Suddenly Royal, Girl On Tour, Lost & Found...basically all of them lol!! Shockingly I still haven't read Hopeless, I know I know, but It is on the list!!
