Lovin' los libros

A book blog dedicated to young adult and new adult novels

W...W...W... Wednesday #4

By 1:00 AM

W...W...W.. Wednesday is currently hosted by Taking on a World of Words and has been slightly modified by myself to also include a book I'm waiting to read, whether it be a new release or just a book I've been waiting to get to.

Feel free to link up your Wednesdays posts below!

What are you currently reading?

YAY! I'm so happy to be reading this one! I started last night because 1) I needed to squeeze in a debut before the end of the month for my debut challenge and 2) everyone is loving it!

What did you recently finish reading?

Unfortunately this wasn't my favorite of Tessa Bailey's books. I struggled to connect with the characters and I felt it was too romance/sex driven. I really wanted more suspense and plot for this one.

What are you waiting to read?

I have really enjoyed all of Morgan's books, so naturally I'm looking forward to another one by her! How much fun is that cover?!

What are your 3 W's?

  1. Woohoo! You're reading The Distance from A to Z. I really hope you like it as much as I did. It's definitely a cute read.
That really sucks about Boiling Point but I don't think I'd like it very much either. I would want more suspense too since it's a rom-suspense novel.
And yes to Morgan Matson! CANNOT.WAIT!

    1. The Distance isn't quite living up to what I thought right now, but hopefully I just need to keep reading. Yeah, Boiling Point just didn't work sadly, as you know via our texts. LOL.

  2. Yaaaaaay! You're reading the Distance from A to Z!! *flails* I hope you love it as much as I want you to. I'm sorry Boiling Point didn't really work for you. I get what you're saying about it being very romance/sex driven. I liked that, but I can definitely understand why others might not. I have The Unexpected Everything, too. I'm looking forward to reading it when the time comes. :)

    1. I hope I end up loving it too! Right now I'm a bit iffy. Sigh. Yeah, I was pretty bummed about Boiling Point because I adored Risking It All. I still want to go back and read Up in Smoke though.

My blog is an award-free blog, however, as I just do not have the time to follow-up.
